You may type in these four words in the google

search engine: Wigwam Motel  John Lewis

This brings up many magazine articles or press

articles to gain a better understanding as well.

These landmarks do not make any money. Any

DONATION would be appreciated as it will help

keep a vintage automobile or two painted or

a Wigwam or two.  Thank you for your consideration.

WIGWAM  GAZETTE  NEWS

The Wigwams in Holbrook receive a lot of attention.

We have all forms of the news media that ask for

an interview or photographs for a newspaper

article or magazine article and even a TV documen-

tary.  We are not a public relations firm, so at times

this can be demanding, especially during our peak

season.

We now have grandparents bringing their

grandchildren so that they may also have

memories.  We have been told over the

years that many of our guests remember

staying at the Wigwams in Holbrook from

the ages of 4 to 6 years of age.  I am greatly

amazed at this.  Then, on the other side of

the coin, they tell us that their parents would

not let them stay in a Wigwam some 30 or 5 0

years earlier.  This reminds me of salmon

swimming upstream to return to where they

were first spawned.  This is truly a humbling

circumstance for me to see the many good

people from America and all the countries of

the world.   (John D. Lewis)

I will add different news tid bits every now and then.
